Director of Design and Operations
Brinsley Matthews is director of design and operations at Dorothy Draper & Co.
Mr. Matthews created designs and interiors for the 2008 Academy Awards Los Angeles, The Greenbrier Resort Hotel, WV, The Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island MI,
The Colony Hotel Palm Beach, FL, The Royal Palace, Vilnius, Lithuania, The Ritz Carlton Residences, Dallas, TX, as well for numerous commercial,
residential and hospitality properties in more than eighteen States in North America, the Caribbean, England, Canada and Ireland.
Mr. Matthews studied fine art and antiques in Dublin and at Sotheby's London and was involved from an early age in restoration and furnishing of period homes.
With a wealth of experience in architectural and interior design Brinsley also creates designs for US and Continental furnishing, fabric, wall-covering and carpet houses.
This year his leather goods collection was launched and is marketed in fine boutiques in the US.
